Our government stole this land from the Indians ( US government treaty  1868 signed over the Black hills to various tribes - Treaty broken by our government 9 years later when gold was discovered in Black Hills  ) and then allowed Mount Rushmore to be carved into a "insulting" tourist attraction.  ( photo below ) The real founding fathers, Rushmore as it should be.
